We make five Shell sizes, one for each sensor we support. Pick the one that matches the writing on your sensor's box.

Your CGM ships at the same dimensions every time, so the grip is identical.
The friction-fit adapts to the CGM. No force required, no chance of damaging it. Slides over, stays put.
Each Shell is designed to work with future Armour releases. The system is built to grow with your collection.
Will it still scan?
Yes. Phone NFC scanning works straight through the Shell. No signal interference, no need to remove anything before checking your readings. Tested with every sensor it's built for.
Material + care
Built from PLA, a plant-based polymer printed at high resolution for a clean, precise finish. Rigid. Lightweight. Holds colour beautifully.
Water resistant. Showers, sweat and rain are all fine. Not for swimming or submersion. Skin-safe — non-toxic, no harsh additives, comfortable against skin for daily wear. Not for contact sports — rugby, boxing, MMA, take the Shell off. PLA is rigid, not impact-absorbing.
Cleaning — wipe with alcohol, or a soft cloth and warm water with mild soap. Avoid harsh solvents. Dry fully before snapping back onto your sensor.
Storage — when it's not on your arm, keep it in the pouch it shipped in. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat — car dashboards, radiators, hot windowsills. PLA softens at lower temperatures than other plastics.
Avoid — abrasive cleaners, dishwashers, prolonged heat, and forcing it onto a sensor that isn't its match.

Great little accessory. My son doesn’t like the medical white look of his Dexcom so this is perfect. Also looks great under the armour.
The instructions giving in the package were not rigth. The Right instruction need to be looked up online. It was confusing. But Produkt it self is a 5/5 Stars.
I had to get a second one sent to me because the first would not fit over the sensor. The second one was a little better, but I still needed to scrape and file away the inside so that the shell would fit over the sensor. I love the idea of the shell, but better measurements are needed.
Love the look and mg dexcom still worked when attached. It got caught and fell off once tho.

I find the shell a little hard to click on idk maybe it's just my inability to do so or I'm just too scared to damage both it and the sensor 😅😅 but I did get it on! And it looks awesome! I just struggled a bit

Looks very nice with the gold armor, but it is definitely a bit harder to put on than the beige shell.
You can feel the love that has gone into making these. The packaging and little additions made this a pleasure to open. The armour comes off and on the Libre easily. However it doesn’t come off and on the little plastic covers very easy to the point where it is almost impossible to get off if you put it on with a certain rotation. I don’t want this to come across as hate because I love the designs and the love put into them but for the price I just feel it wasn’t perfected enough.
Nice shell for my Dexcom G7 sensor. It gives depth to it, and my diabetic armour (silver) is more visible this way. It makes it shine almost !!
Pros: smooth print on the shell, I like the logo on the inside, and easy to pop into the metal armor. Cons: difficult to put onto my sensor, especially a freshly applied one. The amount of pressure needed is quite a lot, and I find myself scrabbling to get under the sensor in order to get enough of a hold to press the armor on. Once I get the hang of the whole system, I'll probably get more colors.

Fits perfectly on my sensor without causing any transmission errors. Only issue I have is my armor I got sometimes falls off because the grips for it are too small.
Love everything about this product
The black shell fit my G7 perfectly! I use it primarily with my Venom cover, but it works well by itself too. It snaps on easily but can be tricky to remove depending on the angle you have it on your body, but this is moreso an experience per-user rather than the product itself!

This is great and i’m so excited to finally have this! But unfortunately I am having trouble with the fit of it, it doesn’t fit snug onto my dexcom unfortunately

We've been following Rob's journey since he started posting about his design concepts for the sensors. My son Joe is 14 and has had T1 since he was 1. He was so excited to get his armour and it didn't disappoint when it arrived last week. It is stunning. Such an incredible design, sturdy and stylish. Joe is SO proud of it and it has prompted so many questions from friends and strangers asking him about it. A little light int he darkness of T1. The shells really make the armour pop too.
The only small niggle - which we are sure will be easily remedied - is getting the armour off whilst still on Joe's arm. A video would be helpful to show us as Rob has provided a little tool to get it off but we are not sure of the technique.
Please don't hesitate to buy Rob's incredible jewellery - he is so talented and devoted to this project and I can't wait to see what he does next.
